Peanut Butter and Banana Waffle Sandwich



Peanut Butter and Banana Waffle Sandwich

2 slices Double Fiber Wheat Bread
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Banana

Spread Peanut Butter on Bread. Slice the Banana and place on sandwich. Heat your waffle iron up and spray with non-stick spray, then place sandwich inside. Press down and let cook until browned.

250 Calories per Sandwich

This is a Yummy Sandwich that anyone of all ages will enjoy. Heating the Bananas makes it a little sweet. I'm sure you can find a lower calorie Peanut Butter but I just used regular.
