Ham and Bean Soup in the Crock Pot



Ham and Bean Soup in the Crock Pot

1 lb Mixed Beans (or whatever you have)
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 lb Ham, diced
1 cup Carrots, chopped
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
10 cups Water

Look and rinse your Beans. Put everything in Crock Pot, adding Water last and stir. I put mine on High overnight and then switched to Low in the morning until ready to serve. It is very tasty and low in calories.

Makes 10 Servings
129 Calories per Serving
