Ham and Bean Soup in the Crock Pot1 lb Mixed Beans (or whatever you have)
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 lb Ham, diced
1 cup Carrots, chopped
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
10 cups Water
Look and rinse your Beans. Put everything in
Crock Pot, adding Water last and stir. I put mine on High overnight and then switched to Low in the morning until ready to serve. It is very tasty and low in calories.
Makes 10 Servings
